Shipping Cost, Methods and Time
We offer free domestic economy shipping to the continental U.S. for orders $60 or more. Faster shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
We usually ship out orders within 1 business day. U.S. orders typically arrive in 2-7 business days after shipped.
The shipping provider and service selected during checkout determines delivery speed, customer service level, and insurance. Please refer to the shipping provider’s website for details.
Delayed or Missing Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, the shipping carrier is the best source for up-to-date information. For packages that are shipped but tracking does not show as delivered, it may be delayed for a variety of reasons, including carrier delays, weather, or customs inspections. Often, the fastest and best solution to most shipping problems is to give the process a few more days.
If tracking shows that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, we suggest checking with your neighbors, family members, roommates, property managers etc. to see if they have received it on your behalf. Please note, if a package is shown as delivered to the address provided but cannot be located, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the order to a revised address and the amount of the original order. If we ship to the address provided and the package is undeliverable, you are responsible for the cost of shipping to a revised address.
Product quantities are limited and in rare situations we may not be able to ship all or part of your order more than once. If any part of your order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, we will provide you with a pro-rated refund for that portion of your order.
International Orders
We currently ship to the following destinations:

- Other: Israel, Saudi Arabia, UAE

For international orders, we offer economy shipping at a subsided cost with the exact rate based on the address. Faster shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
International shipments may be subject to customs or duties. Unless a shipping method is selected that explicitly covers these fees, Agency is not responsible for any customs, duties or import fees associated with receiving your order. We do not refund or reship packages that are unclaimed, denied or refused.
International orders usually arrive in 7-21 business days depending on location. Remote destinations occasionally take longer. Due to the limitations of our shipping system and of some international carriers, we cannot guarantee international delivery dates.
International orders, excluding Canada, are final. International shipping is both expensive and complex, and there are frequent complications with customs when processing returns and exchanges. Because of this, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns on orders shipped outside of the United States, excluding Canada.
