We are constantly expanding locations that we offer shipping to. If your desired shipping location is not listed, please reach out to us using our contact form as we may be able to accommodate your order. 

Shipping Methods and Cost

We offer free domestic economy shipping to the continental U.S. for orders over $60. For international orders, we offer economy shipping at a subsided cost with the exact rate based on the address. Faster shipping options may be offered at an additional cost. 

International packages may be subject to customs or duties. Unless a shipping method is selected that explicitly covers these fees, you are responsible for them. We do not refund or reship packages that are unclaimed, denied or refused.

Processing Time

We typically ship out orders within 1 business day.

Shipping Providers

The shipping provider and service selected during the checkout process determines delivery speed, customer service level, and shipping insurance. Please refer to the shipping provider’s website to understand what comes with each shipping service.

Delayed or Missing Packages

Once a package leaves our facility, the shipping carrier is the best source for up-to-date information. For packages that are shipped but tracking does not show as delivered, it may be delayed for a variety of reasons, including carrier delays, weather, customs, etc. Waiting a week or two solves most problems. If tracking shows that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, family members, roommates, property managers etc. to see if they have received it on your behalf. If a package is shown as delivered to the address provided but cannot be located, you will have to pay the full cost to ship the order to a revised address plus the amount of the original shipment. If we ship to the address provided and the package is undeliverable, you will have to pay the full cost of shipping again to a revised address. 

Product quantities are limited and we may not be able to ship all or part of your order more than once. If any part of your order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, we will provide you with a pro-rated refund for that portion of your order.
