How We Can Help:

- Exchange your product with a different one, including in a different color
- Refund in store credit or to your original payment method
Return, Exchange and Refund Policy:
- We accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of the order date, except for Final Sale or otherwise indicated items. Items must be in their original condition with all items, packaging and tags
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and for a $9 processing fee which will be deducted from the refund. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label
- After receiving your returned items, we will ship a replacement product, issue store credit or refund your original payment method as per your request
- For international customers: You may arrange shipping yourself or request a pre-paid label from us. If arranging your own shipping, you are responsible for ensuring the package arrives and in the same condition originally shipped. We highly recommend shipping with tracking and insurance. We do not cover duties or other charges involved in shipment
- Purchases made Nov 15 through Dec 31 have an extended return period through Jan 15, 2026

- We proudly stand behind our products with a 2-year warranty
- We cover any issues with materials or craftsmanship. Improper or non-intended use such as, but not limited to, overpacking, putting products in the dryer, or allowing saltwater to dry on the zipper will not be covered. Keep your product until the warranty process is completed
