We design our gear to keep up with the challenges of a dynamic, active life. The Agency Lifeproof Guarantee is our commitment to stand behind our products and be there for our customers. When something goes wrong through no fault of your own, we'll work to make it right. Our products are covered by a 2-year limited lifetime warranty.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Failures or breakages that render part or all of your product to become non-functional
What's Not Covered Covered
- Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, stains, or wear & tear
- Failures or breakages due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or intentional damage
- Improper or non-intended use
- Products sold as Final Sale or Clearance
How We Can Help
We're always here to troubleshoot issues and help resolve your concerns. We can:
- Explain any features or other points that are unclear
- Exchange your product with a different one, including in a different color
- Refund in store credit or to your original payment method

Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
- All items purchased on our website (with the exception of final sale or clearance items) can be returned or exchanged within up to 30 days after your purchase date.
- Items must be in their original condition with all items, packaging and tags
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and for a $9 processing fee which will be deducted from the refund. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label
- After receiving your returned items, we will ship a replacement product, issue store credit or refund your original payment method as per your request
- For international customers: You may arrange shipping yourself or request a pre-paid label from us. If arranging your own shipping, you are responsible for ensuring the package arrives and in the same condition originally shipped. We highly recommend shipping with tracking and insurance. We do not cover duties or other charges involved in shipment
- Purchases made Nov 15 through Dec 31 have an extended return period through Jan 15, 2026
Liability Release
We put thought into the design and construction of our gear, and we believe they are safe to use. However, Agency is not liable for damage to your items or anything in your surrounding environment as a result of using our products. Agency is also not liable for bodily injury to yourself or others as a result of using our gear, so please enjoy your adventures but remember – safety first.
